Brittany and Thomas got married under majestic old oak trees and in the magical golden light of a South Carolina evening. It was a beautiful late summer wedding at Boone Hall Plantation.
The breathtaking venue left nothing to be desired and a flock of sheep added the necessary kiwi feel for the New Zealand groom.

The presence of the herd was no coincidence: After the couple compromised on getting married in the US rather than in New Zealand, which would have been Thomas' home, the bride secretly organized a local shepherd who would let the sheep graze on the venues premises that day. It was a total surprise!
